Either of those should be sufficient for anything asking for "UUNP". When you run the tools from BS, you have a pull-down menu to select which body type you want to work with. BodySlide provides for several types of body varients and makes sure different armors fit them. The UUNP body is part of OldRim BodySlide but not of SSE BodySlide. Eventually, they were all sort-of combined into a single package Unified-UNP aka UUNP. There used to be several variants of UNP bodies available as mods. You need replacements for all three of these things. The Skyrim PC and NPCs are built via three layers - skeletons, body meshes, and skin textures. This mod is Dimonized UNP which was created by Dimon99 (hence the name).
